Jack's head was created by using a plastic bounce ball covered in paper mache, then when it was dry I popped the ball and pulled it out. His bow tie was made with wire to make the long wings; which I covered in fabric. The Styrofoam was molded into a bats head. I also used white paint to paint white stripes on the wings on the bow tie.

I used black poster paint to paint his face on the paper mache ball. I sculpted a face on the ball to give it character. Then I used black fabric to make his suit, and I used white poster paint to make the print for the pin stripes on the suit. I traced and cut out purple fabric patterns for his bony hands, sewed them together to make them into gloves, and added wire for his fingers to stay stiff and not to bend. Then I stuffed them to make his fingers look longer. I also painted them to make them look bony.

Hope you like my Jack Skellington Costume!
